We Collect No Personal Information Using Our Application

We do not collect, use, save, transmit, or have access to any of your personal data recorded in ApexDeco for Android. The application runs entirely on your device and does not connect to any external servers. No telemetry, analytics, or tracking of any kind is used.

Locally Stored Data

ApexDeco may store your dive plans and application settings locally on your device using the browser's local storage or the device's internal storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

Data Retention and Deletion

Since ApexDeco does not collect or store any personal data on external servers, there is no personal data retained by us. All data created by the application (dive plans, settings) is stored exclusively on your device.

You can delete all locally stored data at any time by:

• Clearing the application data in your device's Settings > Apps > ApexDeco > Storage > Clear Data;

• Uninstalling the application from your device, which will remove all associated data.

Since we do not have access to any of your data, no request to us is necessary to delete it. You have full control over all data stored by the application on your device.

Third-Party Services

ApexDeco does not use any third-party services, SDKs, or libraries that collect user data. The application does not include advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting services.

Permissions

ApexDeco may request access to your device's storage solely to allow you to save and export your dive plans. This permission is used only for the purpose you initiate, and no data from your device is read, processed, or transmitted by the application.

Children's Privacy

Our application does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. ApexDeco complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
